FCI announces appointment of new Secretary General
- FCI has appointed Betül Kurtuluş as Secretary General following her role as Deputy Secretary General from February and leading the Secretariat since March.
- Kurtuluş has three decades of experience in factoring and receivables finance, holding senior executive and board-level roles in Turkish financial institutions.
- She previously served as FCI Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe, South Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Europe, and Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Development.
- FCI has over 350 member companies in more than 90 countries and represents nearly 60 percent of global correspondent factoring volume.
- Chairwoman Chenyue Mao cited Kurtuluş’s deep industry knowledge and strong global relationships in supporting the appointment completion.
