Parvaiz Dalal, Author at Trade Treasury Payments

Parvaiz Dalal leads Citi’s Payables Finance business globally, with a mission to deliver holistic and integrated solutions for clients across the payables value chain. His responsibilities include product strategy, platform development, and delivering best-in-class client experiences in collaboration with regional and global teams. Parvaiz is also Chairman of ICC UK Trade Finance Committee leading to digitize Trade Finance in UK, also aim to create an interoperable environment for multi countries.

Parvaiz’s role encompasses a broad suite of working capital solutions, including supplier financing, dynamic discounting, and purchase order financing programs. He plays a key role in driving digital transformation within the business, automating and streamlining the end-to-end supplier onboarding and transaction processes.

Prior to his current role, Parvaiz was Head of EMEA Supply Chain Finance for Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions business. He joined Citi in September 2009 and move to London in February 2015 to help scale the EMEA SCF (Supply Chain Finance) business to the next level. Parvaiz spent five years with Citi Singapore as Trade Head for ASEAN, and prior to that, he worked at RBS Singapore as Product Manager for Asia Pacific.

With over two decades of banking experience, primarily across Citi, ABN AMRO, RBS, and Credit Lyonnais, Parvaiz brings deep industry insight and leadership to his role. He holds a postgraduate qualification in Banking Law and Practice, with a specialization in Advanced Accountancy and Statistics.
