Natasha Roston is Head of People and Growth at Trade Treasury Payments, leading partnerships, education projects, and team growth. She advocates for TTP Women in Trade campaigns and supports team wellbeing as a Level 2 Qualified Coach and Mental Health First Aid Champion. With a background in education and EdTech, Natasha holds an MA from Tel Aviv University and is studying for a Level 3 Certificate in International Trade.

The Accelerate Scholarship is organised by Trade Treasury Payments and was initiated in 2018 to address the trade finance education gap, due to a lack of suitably skilled and qualified specialists in the sector – in a challenging time of reduced global trade, a significant shortfall in skilled entrants in the shipping and marine space, and general confusion around the trade finance market.

Following Brexit, the pandemic and the lingering global supply chain crisis, TTP believes educating future leaders of the international trade industry is now more important than ever.
