VoPay releases cross-border payments-as-a-service platform

VoPay has announced the launch of its cross-border payments-as-a-service solution, enabling global transactions across 140+ countries without infrastructure investment. 

The platform supports a range of transaction types: business-to-business (B2B), business-to-person (B2P), person-to-business (P2B), and person-to-person (P2P). According to VoPay, businesses can integrate the service through embedded UI components or APIs, or deploy it as a turnkey solution via a no-code dashboard, with implementation timelines of less than two weeks.

Targeted primarily at vertical SaaS providers, digital marketplaces, ERP platforms, payroll companies, and financial institutions, the platform offers real-time foreign exchange capabilities, embedded KYC, KYB, and AML compliance, global sanctions screening, and multi-party settlement. White-label customisation allows partners to align the solution with their own branding.

The launch follows VoPay’s 2024 partnership with Mastercard, which was established to improve near-real-time money movement within Canada and internationally through the Mastercard Move network.

By reducing traditional complexity associated with cross-border payments, VoPay’s new offering helps satiate a growing demand for financial services that don’t require extensive upfront investment.
