Trade Treasury Payments adopts responsible AI policy
Live Updates
Trade Treasury Payments (TTP), the independent media platform covering trade, treasury, and payments, has introduced a new Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence Policy as part of our wider editorial standards.
The policy sets clear principles for how artificial intelligence (AI) is used within TTP’s editorial and production processes. It ensures that all AI tools are supervised by human editors, that outputs are manually reviewed, and that any material AI involvement is disclosed when relevant.
“TTP embraces technology where it strengthens our journalism, not where it replaces it,” said Deepesh Patel, Editor-in-Chief of TTP. “Our responsible AI policy ensures that transparency, accountability, and human judgment remain at the heart of everything we publish.”
The new guidelines also require external contributors to disclose any use of AI in their submissions. Internally, TTP maintains an AI use log and provides ongoing staff training to ensure compliance with privacy, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
