SIDBI and MonetaGo launch Secure Financing system on GST-Sahay platform
- SIDBI and MonetaGo announced the go-live of MonetaGo’s Secure Financing system on SIDBI’s GST-Sahay Invoice-Based Financing Platform following a successful pilot. The deployment enables SIDBI to validate invoices financed through TReDS and other factoring platforms, including SBI Global Factors and India Factoring, enhancing secure and transparent financing for India’s MSMEs.
- The system supports faster, more informed lending decisions by enabling trusted invoice validation at scale, improving the experience for borrowers and financiers.
- SIDBI, India’s principal development financial institution for MSMEs, aims to strengthen financial inclusion and MSME participation in domestic and global value chains.
- MonetaGo’s Secure Financing technology has been central to India’s digital trade finance infrastructure since 2018, contributing to a 319% increase in MSME financing on RBI-supported platforms since early 2023.
