About the Event
Energy Leadership is a leadership development approach based on the belief that leaders can consciously choose the energy they bring to every situation. This workshop, Manage Your Energy Not Your Time, is led by Fran Lawler, Founder and CEO of Harvest Cove Talent Partners, who advises CEOs and executive teams on organisation design and leadership development to drive growth from the inside out. Drawing on more than a decade of military service and over 20 years of experience leading strategic change, Fran helps leaders build self awareness, recognise the seven Energy Levels in action, and access more productive, creative, and powerful leadership impact. The session is hosted by Shikha Kalra of FIS, with Kemi Bolarin of GXO joining as Guest Speaker, and is free to attend with an optional donation encouraged in support of Age UK.
