Middle East Stablecoin Association (MESA)

The Middle East Stablecoin Association (MESA) is an independent, not-for-profit industry body focused on the responsible development of stablecoins, regulated payment tokens, and broader digital money, including tokenised assets. It serves as a platform that unites issuers, exchanges, regulators, and service partners to advance safe and transparent stablecoin adoption across the Middle East.

The association engages in policy advocacy, the establishment of trusted marketing standards, and industry-wide collaboration to build confidence in digital currency and support inclusive growth. Its workforce is distributed across five countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
