ADB Trade and Supply Chain Finance Program (TSCFP) is part of the Asian Development Bank’s efforts to support trade, economic development and financial inclusion across Asia and the Pacific. The programme works with banks, insurers and financial institutions to close trade finance gaps by providing guarantees and loans that help businesses access funding for cross border trade and supply chain activity. Its work supports small and medium sized enterprises, strengthens regional connectivity and promotes more resilient trade flows across developing markets.

TSCFP plays an important role in facilitating international commerce in sectors where access to finance can often be limited. Alongside trade finance support, the programme contributes market insight, research and industry dialogue focused on sustainable trade, digitalisation and supply chain resilience. Through partnerships with global and regional financial institutions, TSCFP helps businesses navigate risk while encouraging greater participation in international trade markets.
