Stanford Digital Economy Lab

Stanford Digital Economy Lab is a multi-disciplinary research group based at the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered AI. The lab focuses on how digital technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, transform work, organizations, and the broader economy. It creates tools and metrics for an AI-driven economy while providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

The lab operates as an engine for research, education, and outreach, working across international markets with a workforce distributed in the United States, Germany, Canada, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.
